My professional background includes over 15 years experience working in the theme park and guest services industry in a managerial capacity. I would emphasize that several of these positions were held during the pre-opening development and operation for several of today’s leading destinations such as Walt Disney World - MGM Studios, Universal Studios Florida, the Luxor Resort and Casino, Las Vegas, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
The opportunity to change my career presented itself in recent years and my efforts to go back to college paid off when I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Game Design and Development in the fall of 2008. This summer I graduated from the Digital Animation & Visual Effects School (The DAVE School), Which focuses
on 3D animation, compositing and
visual effects. I am excited to combine my artistic and managerial skills and have a positive impact in the film / digital media and simulation industry.
I am also currently the president of the Autistic Handicapped Children of Central Florida, which is a
non profit 501 (c) 3 organization that arranges an annual Holiday Season Party each year for about 1000 children with autism and varied physical and cognitive challenges. The party features horseback rides, supervised boat rides, lunch and a present from Santa, at no cost to the attendees.
